A recent report given my security officials of India has suggested the goverment to shut down legalized VoIP services. In one scence it's a really bad news because then again the VoIP callling charge will be increased again. Some intellectual people of India also belive that country's security issue is a crutial factor but shut downing this service may not be able to decrease crime because then terrorists/criminals will start to use illigial VoIPs, satellite phones frequently. Cutting a problematic head is not a good solution because then the person himself dies.
