At this moment 12.voip.com (a Betamax product) is offering cheapest call rate to Bangladesh mobile phone and it is 2 Euro cents per minute. You can download their softphone and then buy credit and then start calling. But actually like all other Betamax products this 12voip can start to use same strategy means now it seems their price is comparatively lower than others but after few days they may start to increase their rate. But if you plan to talk a lot within very short time then you can buy their credit and start calling because then you will at least save 0.5 euro Cent (because suppose voipzoom, actionvoip etc. cost 2.5 Euro cents per minute).
