A USA based VoIP service called telcan.com is offering a more cheaper service for calling to any Indian mobile or landline. With paying 33.99 US dollar per month you can talk unlimitedly in India. It seems that their offer is better than unlimitedindiacalling.com. But currently their offer is limited within USA and Canada. So, for outsiders you need to wait until they start to serve it globally.
