A USA based VoIP provider called coternet.com is offering this service but their rate is very high. They charge per week 40 US dollar for India and Pakistan and 30 US dollar for Bangladesh. And you can call only three numbers (either landline or mobile) unlimitedly and before passing 24 hours you can't change any one of the numbers means within 24 hours you can change only one calling number. It seems not to be a good offer but for people who only want to call to their family or one/two of their relatives regularly for longer period (in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh) can choose it.
