A very new USA based VoIP company called CallArc.com is offering free calls to worldwide more than 40 destinations including Pakistan. Just visit their website, register yourself and then they will give you the local access number. And by dialing this number you will be connected with your destination number. It's a tremendous service because nowadays many Pakistani people are living abroad and who need to contact with their family/friends/relatives regularly and hence they need free/very cheap way to call to their native country.
