The initial cost is about 50 US dollar (including activation, shipping, tax etc. fees) and after that you need to pay about 30 US dollar every month for enjoying this nice service. But here is a limitation means you can talk maximum 2 hours per day or maximum 60 hours per month. Still its not bad at all because just imagine for that duration of talking how much you would be needed for ordinary per minute calling from other VoIP providers!
